Summer 2022: Read Beyond the Beaten Path for Adults
This summer, Read Beyond the Beaten Path with Beaman Library's Summer Reading Program! To get started, visit Beaman Library's Beanstack website and register for the Summer Reading Challenge for your age group. If you are unfamiliar with Beanstack, please call or visit the Library and a staff member will be happy to help you!
The Summer 2022: Read Beyond the Beaten Path for Adults challenge will occur throughout June, July, and August. For this challenge, adult readers will log the number of minutes read each day! This really exciting change allows readers an opportunity to log more often and earn more Beanstack badges! If you read or listen to at least 500 minutes of content borrowed from Beaman Library this summer, you will be entered in an end-of-challenge prize drawing. And, the more minutes you read translates into more drawing entries. Prizes will include gift certificates to some of our local dining establishments. Read below to learn more about the fun events scheduled for this summer.
Summer programming and prizes have been paid for by The Friends of Beaman Library and generous donations from the community.
The Massachusetts Statewide Summer Library Program, Read Beyond the Beaten Path, is funded by the Massachusetts Library System, the Boston Bruins, and the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners.
