Book Lists
One of our favorites is the annual listing by the American Library Association. Each year the ALA picks 25 notable books for adults published that year.

We also find ourselves continually reading, recommending or discussing books on the Modern Library's list of best novels and non-fiction. Editors' and readers' recommendations are provided (400 total).
